The Bel Air Boys’ Lacrosse program is a volunteer staffed organization that offers lacrosse activities for the children of our community who participate.  The primary goal of the program is to provide a safe, enjoyable environment in which our children can develop their lacrosse and athletic skills, as well as positively experience the emotional and social benefits of team play.

The role of parents and coaches is critical to the success of the program.  It is therefore important that you follow the guidelines set forth below:

Expectations for Parents and Fans:

• I will encourage our children to participate and not pressure them into doing so.  I will help my child develop a natural love for the game of lacrosse.
• I will focus on our children's efforts and performance rather than winning or losing.
